Current Job: Freelance Camera Operator

Hi, I’m Emily Cho! I graduated in Fall 2024 and was part of CSBN for all seven semesters at Chapman. I served on the executive board as social media manager and president. My favorite broadcast was our senior football broadcast because I had the opportunity to produce and work alongside the friends I started this club with.

Currently, I work as a utility for PGA and LIV broadcasts, a runner for NBC’s Sunday and Thursday Night Football, a camera operator at Angel Stadium, and a camera/graphics operator for USC. I’m also a camera operator for NBC Golf Channel.

CSBN taught me how to use the professional equipment I now work with daily, and it even helped me land several jobs through Chapman alumni connections. Initially, I joined CSBN with the goal of becoming a producer for Golf Channel. But I now want to be a camera operator for golf and an EVS replay operator or camera op for the NFL.
